Jason Dey is a results-driven sales professional with over 17 years of experience in heavy equipment insurance products, more specifically Equipment Protection Plans and retail physical damage insurance. His in-depth knowledge of these products allows him to exceed client’s expectations and provide customer specific products tailored to their business.

Lou has over 20 years of experience in the insurance property and casualty industry. Serving as the Specialty Equipment Services Insurance presence in the Western portion of the U.S., based out of California, he is actively seeking out and building new opportunities within the dealer and OEM agriculture and construction equipment space.

Adam is a dedicated sales professional with proven experience in building strong customer relationships and achieving sales success. He is responsible for, maintaining, and building partnerships with agricultural and construction heavy machinery dealerships throughout the United States.

Patrick has over 50 years of insurance experience in Agriculture and Construction Equipment as well as Commercial Insurance products. He is Head of Canadian Strategy and is tasked with building and growing our business in Canada.

Melody brings over 32 years of dealership and insurance business experience. She understands the equipment industry, internal dealer structures & needs, and how our insurance products bring profitability to our dealer partners and their customers.

US Dealer Experience

Jake Overby brings many years of experience at a heavy equipment dealer and 10 years in the heavy equipment insurance industry. He understands the equipment industry and how our insurance products bring profitability to our dealer partners and their customers.

Andy has over 30 years sales and account management experience. Based out of Michigan, Andy is responsible for developing new business, implementing sales initiatives and leading growth activities to meet and exceed sales objectives within the dealer/OEM Protection Plan business space.

Sheldon has over 35 years of experience in Financial Services to Agricultural and Construction Dealers in Canada. He is tasked with developing business relationships that last and prosper.

Ryan has valuable experience in operations, marketing, and sales in the manufacturing, and industrial technologies industries. Ryan is tasked with increasing market share and expanding our Material Handling vertical but will also be supporting outside sales in various areas.

Megan has over 15 years of experience in the heavy equipment CE industry. She has spent most of her career in the field in various sales and territory manager roles. Megan is tasked with increasing our market share and bringing on new dealer partners, of all brands.

Michelle brings over 20 years of bilingual English/French (fluent) sales experience from various finance roles. Michelle is tasked with increasing overall sales in all product lines in Canada and increasing total market share for SEIS.

As one of our valued Sales Executives, Tonya will collaborate with heavy equipment dealers nationwide to elevate customer satisfaction through our exceptional warranty product offerings while strategically expanding our market share. She has extensive experience in product support operations, having worked for a major equipment OEM for 20+ years. Tonya’s customer advocacy mind-set, high standards and commitment to supporting the work of the dealer are invaluable to SEIS and we know our current and future clients will enjoy working with her.
